Brian Ricks is the owner and driving force behind Sierra Custom Homes. With a genuine passion for home building, Brian is personally invested in every project from the first interview to the end of the warranty period, ensuring each home is crafted with care, precision, and pride. He builds each client relationship on trust and transparency, guiding homeowners step by step through the building process with clear communication and expert advice, so every decision is informed and every expectation is met. Outside of work, Brian enjoys life under the Big Sky with his wife, Stephanie, and their three children. Stephanie Ricks

Stephanie is the listing agent for all Sierra Custom Homes spec properties and plays an active role in every aspect of the real estate process. With a strong understanding of new construction, market trends, and client needs, she brings clarity, organization, and dedication to each transaction from start to finish. Beyond her work in real estate, Stephanie is deeply involved in local nonprofit efforts and believes strongly in giving back to the community she serves. She and her husband are raising their three children with an appreciation for teamwork, commitment, and community—values reflected in her support of youth hockey and other local programs. Amanda is the Interior Design Office Manager for Sierra Custom Homes and has been a valued member of the Sierra team since 2019. With a strong eye for organization and detail, Amanda helps keep projects moving efficiently while maintaining clear communication between the Sierra team and clients. Known for her calm presence, strong work ethic, and ability to juggle responsibilities with grace, she is committed to delivering value in everything she does. Outside of work, Amanda enjoys spending time with her family, camping throughout beautiful Montana, and anything that keeps her outdoors. Andy Dahl

Andy is a Superintendent for Sierra Custom Homes and a Montana native from Clancy. He has been a valued member of the Sierra team since 2012, bringing a hands-on approach and strong construction knowledge to every project. Andy is the center of our Mountain View Meadows operation and an invaluable part of our team, ensuring each home is built to Sierra Custom Homes’ high standards from start to finish. Outside of work, Andy and his wife enjoy Montana’s outdoors, spending their free time shed hunting, camping, and exploring the mountains. Shane

A Helena native, Shane has spent his entire career in residential construction, developing a deep-rooted passion for home building and craftsmanship. With decades of hands-on experience, he brings a keen eye for detail and a commitment to quality to every project he oversees. As superintendent for Sierra Custom Homes, Shane serves as the client’s advocate throughout the entire construction process. From breaking ground to the final walkthrough, he ensures each home is built to the highest standards, timelines are met, and every detail reflects the homeowner’s vision. Outside of work, Shane is an avid outdoorsman who has raised his two daughters right here in Helena, sharing a love for everything Montana has to offer—from dirt biking and hunting to camping and exploring the outdoors. His strong local roots and dedication to craftsmanship make him an invaluable part of the Sierra Custom Homes team.
