Pre-Construction Meeting

During this meeting you will review standard specifications and items such as setbacks, driveway grade, easements, patio/deck locations, sizes, entry location, and elevation.  It is an important meeting and will take up to four hours.

Initial Design Center Meeting

The fun begins with the selection of your personal design options.  We start with a video about products and materials.  You then select floor coverings, lighting packages, appliances, cabinets, counter tops, plumbing, architectural details, and more.  This meeting is about a week after your pre-construction meeting.  Please allow two to three hours.

Second and Final Design Center Meeting

You'll finalize your personal design options.  This meeting is about a week after the first meeting.  Please plan on two hours or more.  At this time a deposit of 25% of your non-standard options is required.
